Manifesto for Vibrant Living

I will…

Nourish my body, mind, and soul with fresh, healthy, whole foods.

Embrace real food, grown with love, prepared with care, and savored mindfully with gratitude.

Exercise to strengthen my body and feed my spirit.

Recognize that physical activity is not only a means to an end, but an end in and of itself; the bliss of movement is its own reward.

Choose what is hand-made, sustainable, and eco-friendly.

Craft the details of my life in a way that supports not only my own health, but the health of the planet and all its inhabitants.

Ensure my inner artist is alive and well.

Nurture the muse with regular doses of colorful inspiration and plenty of creative time.

Surround myself with people whose energy uplifts my own.

Create space in my life for real connection and community, cultivating genuine relationships with friends, family, and an eclectic mix of kindred souls.

Define my life’s mission clearly to myself, and articulate that mission to the universe.

Make my work synonymous with my passion. Synchronize my career and my calling.

Re-think my reliance on material goods and practice conscious consumerism while creating a simplified, uncluttered, and toxin-free sanctuary for my home.

Awake each day with unbridled enthusiasm for the life I’m living right now.

Live a life of vibrance, authenticity, and joy.

Are you in?

This is fabulous! I could have written almost every single one of these statements for myself {but I realize I still have a ways to go before I’m living in alignment with my values}. You are inspiring, Ms. Analiese :)
